What happens next

Within one business day, each adult gets an email from TransUnion SmartMove, sent on behalf of Uptown Palms (check your spam folder). The screening fee is $49 per adult, paid directly to TransUnion.
We may send a secure Snappt link to upload proof of income.
When every screening is complete, we'll contact you with a decision, usually within two business days.

No application fee and no $250 admin fee for leases signed by November 30.
